Rush Charges:
- Orders requested in less than the standard published lead time are subject to rush charges (see below).
- Production starts on approved orders the next business day.
- Rush production schedule starts after credit approval, receipt of applicable tax exempt form and art approvals.
- All rush services are dependent upon credit approval and problem free print-ready art.
- Must call for availability and approval. During peak production times Sharper Bags may not be able to accept rush requests.
- Sharper Bags is not responsible for any delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information on purchase order or payment information.
- Quantities less than stated minimums are not eligible for Rush services.
- Rush service is subject to available inventory.
- For freight rush shipments SharperBag uses Fedex Freight, If a customer prefers to arrange their own freight shipment SharperBags is only responsible for completing the order within the time period requested.The customer is responsible for scheduling pick up and providing documentation to the SharperBags Operations Team.
- Special handling will incur additional charges based on service requested, materials and time.
